CASUAL VISIT

Casual visits are limited to HIIT, Suspension, Boxing, Shred and Kettle Bell classes, as well as the use of open gym equipment. This does not include Customised Fitness (CFx) classes as entry into CFx classes is only granted with membership.

STANDARD MEMBERSHIP

UPGRADED MEMBERSHIP

- Unlimited classes per week.

- Unlimited access to the gymnasium.

- ½ hour personal training session per week for every week of your membership.

PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP

- Unlimited classes per week.

- Unlimited access to the gymnasium.

- 1 hour personal training session every week for the duration of your membership.
